Where
can I rent a projector?
You can rent projectors from Projector Rental
Source anywhere in the United States, including
Alaska and Hawaii. Just give us a call at 888-440-0827.
How
far in advance of my rental date(s) should I order the
equipment?
We
recommend you place your order as soon as you know what
equipment you'll require. we
prefer to have 3 business days’ notice, so we can ship your
projector to you the day before you need it and to keep
your delivery charges as low as possible.
What
is the rental period?
You’ll specify your preferred rental period when you
place your rental order. We will also apply a one-day
grace period on the rental to allow time for you to
receive the projector and return it at your
convenience.
What
is the weekend rental price?
We
only charge for 1 day if the daily rental is over a
Saturday or Sundayl.
What
is your damage policy?
Our damage policy is simple: if you break it, you buy
it. If the projector is lost, damaged or stolen while
under your care, we will charge you the retail value of
the equipment (including remote control, carrying case
and cables).
Please note, you are responsible for the projector while
it is in your custody, which is defined by delivery and
signature upon receipt from FedEx, and the return and
'post mark' by FedEx. In other words, the projector is
your responsibility from the time FedEx hands it to you
until the time you hand it back for shipping.
What
do you charge for shipping?
Essentially, we provide round-trip shipping for a flat
rate of $49. Expedited or short-notice requests (less
than three days of lead time) may result in additional
shipping charges.
How
will I receive my equipment?
Your
projector will be delivered to you via FEDEX express
delivery service, directly to your office, home, or
meeting location. Projector Rental Source currently has
one staffed location in Oklahoma City for customers to
pick up or drop off equipment.
How
do I return my rental equipment back to Projector Rental
Source?
We
include pre-paid adhesive FedEx return labels along with
our projectors. After using your equipment, simply
affix this label to the outside of the small shipping
briefcase container and drop off at any FEDEX/Kinkos
location or we can arrange for a will call pick up.
What
if I have trouble with my equipment or it doesn't work?
All
equipment is tested before we deliver it to you.
However, if you do have an equipment problem, you can
reach us by calling 888-440-0827. If we cannot fix
the problem, we will replace your rental equipment by
the quickest means possible
How
can I change or cancel a previously placed order? Will I
be charged for a cancellation?
Please
give us a call at 1-888-440-0827 to change or cancel an
order. You may cancel your order more than three
business days prior to the beginning of your rental
period for any reason and receive a full refund. Any cancellations made
after we have shipped your projector will not be eligible for a
refund. This
includes cancellations for orders placed the same day as
your rental date. If you have a multi-day rental and
cancel during your rental period, you may be eligible
for a credit towards a future rental. The credit will be
equal to the total charges for the order, minus the
rental and service charges already incurred.
